Saptami the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, Sakinaka, Andheri will be hosting a special republic day brunch.. The menu would have choice of dishes from the various states. The menu will be an interesting mélange of popular and lesser known foods from various states. The restaurant will be decorated with national colors as well.
Whether it is main course, salads, soups, chaat counter or desserts it seems the national flag colors are there every where. The entire special brunch prepared by the chefs have a tri color feel to it. The buffet will have a national color to it with food from various states being displayed.
Some of the dishes on the menu for lunch are Pepper Kozi rasam, Paneer tikkka, Hara bhara kebab, tandoori kukkad, usal, avial, undhio, aloo dum bengali, gatte ki subzi, ,tiranga pulao, biryani , salanetc. The desserts include Malpua, Rosagulla, Ghevar, Imrati etc.
