Hyderabad, January 23, 2016....Healthy employees create healthy environment. Healthy environment gives good work life balance. To nurture good healthy work life, ZenQ one of the fast growing pure-play testing service companies with offices in Hyderabad(Global Headquarter) & in New Jersey organised on Saturday 10 & 25kms Corporate Cycle Ride fir its employees here in city at HBC Cycle Station at Gachibowli. About 100 employees have actively taken part in such a long rides of 10 and 25 kilometers.
The ride was flagged off by Murali Bollu, CEO of ZenQ.
Speaking on the occasion Murali said we encourage active life style in our employees. Hiring staff doesn't ensure good performance from them. We must provide conducive environment. We organise lot of activities to nurture mind, body and soul of our employees. Good work life balance is utmost important to us. We encourage our employees to Cycle to Work he said.
Speaking further, Murali Bollu, added ‘We’ve decided to celebrate Republic day this year with a cycle ride to promote health awareness among our employees, and to have quality time together outside the offices. As IT professionals, we need to spend long hours sitting in front of computers, which makes us prone to develop lifestyle diseases such as obesity, back pain, diabetes and heart disease. A 30-minute cycling every day is a great way to be fit today, and to avoid health issues in the future. This event is being organized to reintroduce cycling as a fun activity to our employees, so that they could cycle every day to get much needed exercise, and even to commute to office on a cycle.’
